After graduating with a Building Science degree and an MBA from Auburn University, Chris Burch co-founded Grand Bay Construction in Seagrove Beach, FL in 2005. The primary goal was to establish a premier residential & commercial construction firm along the Gulf Coast offering best-in-class communication and service to clients.

Coastal Custom Builders is a local residential construction company that builds approximately 15 luxury custom homes per year in the North West Florida coastal area. There isn’t a project large or small that they don’t handle with complete professionalism, constant communication and care for their clients. Project managers take every detail into account to ensure every home is built with the upmost integrity and beauty.
